Changes to our home insurance provider

On 1 September 2025, Nationwide changed its home insurance underwriter to Aviva Insurance Ltd. If you've held home insurance with Nationwide before this date, and are due to renew on or after 2nd December 2025, the underwriter of your policy will change from Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Limited to Aviva Insurance Ltd. Nationwide are writing to all customers impacted to notify them of this change.
